Independent and Unbiased
We perform independent and unbiased valuations on behalf of ESOP trustees, other retirement plan trustees, corporate Boards of Directors, trustees and other shareholders who need to obtain an unbiased opinion regarding the fair market value of a privately-held equity interest.
Regulatory agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Department of Labor, in addition to many of the large public accounting firms, routinely review our appraisals for appropriate methodologies, assumptions and conclusions.
